BMS Bootcamps owner and trainer Kristine Rustand is one of the few trainers in Leduc and area who focuses on high energy group exercise. All of BMS's trainers are certified and lead their classes using motivation and inspiration. They challenge you to be your very best and achieve all of your fitness and weight loss goals. They focus on creating an environment that is supportive of every fitness level. Whether you are just getting started or are returning for your seventh Bootcamp session, Kristine and her team provide classes that are challenging, fun and rewarding.
